Dynamic designs conceptualized from the eclectic narratives of MacLain's reasoning, are meant to both inspire the minds of his viewers as well as evoke feelings of personal connection. It is androgyny met with deeply rooted desires for societal change, which guide MacLain's pieces into manifestation. 

Combining both of his passions in life, MacLain graduated from Michigan State University in the spring of 2016 with a double major in Apparel and Textile Design as well as Japanese Language.
